Qualifier Round
Build in simulation and climb the live virtual leaderboard. Overnight H100 runs go out when doors close Saturday; pick your checkpoint Sunday morning. The top teams qualify.

Final Round
Qualified teams deploy to real robot arms, in front of the room, on the task set. This is the reality check.
